Our “Red Team” of specialized consultants uses the technique of war games adversarial analysis to augment more conventional consultancy methods, to challenge established assumptions and the status quo by penetrating each situation to understand it fully, and sometimes even to alter and improve its operation by direct challenge, applying solutions recommended by our think-tank of advisers based on information we would have gathered by this full engagement.
